Where We Work
We work on garage doors in Boynton Beach and the towns around it. Most of the houses we get called to here were built between 1965 and 2005, with a lot of that stock going up in the 1960s and 70s - twenty different pockets of the area, each with its own mix of torsion and extension setups depending on when the subdivision went in. Older doors from that era often ride on hardware nobody carries new anymore, so a lot of our work is matching a spring or a roller to a track that's forty or fifty years old rather than swapping in whatever's on the truck.
We also cover the towns close by. Ocean Ridge sits about 2 miles out, same as Golf. Lantana and Manalapan are both roughly 4 miles away, Atlantis is 5, and Lake Worth Beach is about 6. Further out we reach Palm Springs and Greenacres around 8 miles, and we'll take calls as far as Wellington, Royal Palm Beach, and the coastal towns up toward Lake Park. If you're not sure whether your address falls inside that range, call and ask - it takes thirty seconds to check.
The climate here is mild temperate, which is easier on a garage door than a lot of the country gets, but humidity and salt air still eat at hardware faster than a dry inland climate would. That's part of why rollers and hinges on older doors in this area tend to corrode before they actually wear out.
Contacting Us
Call us at (561) 407-0823. Our address is 1500 Gateway Blvd, Boynton Beach, FL 33426.
We don't publish hours or promise a callback window here because we'd rather tell you the truth when you call than print a number we can't guarantee every day. If you leave a message, give us your address and a quick description of what the door is doing - stuck halfway, won't close, loud bang and then nothing - so whoever calls back already knows roughly what's wrong before they pick up the phone.
If you're trying to decide whether a job is worth a call at all, that's a fair question to ask us directly rather than guess. A door that won't open because of a snapped cable is a different job than an opener that's just lost its remote signal, and the second one might not need us at all.
Plain Answers
We work on garage doors and the openers, springs, tracks, cables, rollers, and panels that go with them
We don't do new home construction and we're not the people to call for a shed door or a commercial rolling gate - residential garage doors in Boynton Beach and the nearby towns listed above are what we focus on.
One honest limitation: not every opener model is something we keep on the truck
If your unit is an older or less common brand, the part sometimes has to be ordered, and that can add a day or two to a repair that would otherwise be same-visit. We'll tell you up front if that's the case rather than let you find out when the truck pulls away.
We also won't talk you into a full door replacement when a spring or a cable fixes the actual problem
Given the median household income in this area runs around $92,325, we figure most people would rather spend what the job actually needs than what a bigger invoice would net us. If a door really is past the point where repair makes sense - rotted panels, a bent track that's been forced one too many times - we'll say so, but we're not going to manufacture that conclusion to make a bigger sale.
